Timetable for collection of materials
9.30am- 11am - Junior Infants, S Infants Ms. Bohan, S Infants Ms. Gillespie
11-12.30am - 1st class, 2nd class Ms. Ward, 2nd class Mr. Keane
12.30-1.30pm - 3rd class, 4th class
1.30pm-2.30pm - 5th class, 6th class
It should be noted that community transmission of the virus is at its highest now since the pandemic begin and we need to arrange for this collection of materials in a controlled manner.
We would be obliged if parents could kindly follow the arrangements which we have put in place to ensure the safety of everyone. If you have been advised to restrict your movements or you are in a high risk category do not attend the school. Let us know and we will make alternative arrangements with you.
- One adult only should attend the school for the collection of materials.
- A face mask should be worn upon entry to the school grounds.
- Entry to the school will be via the gate on Sarsfield Rd.
- A two meter distance should be maintained from other adults at all times
- Kindly bring a strong reusable bag for transport of your child’s materials. (One for each child will be required).
- Please use the hand sanitising station in the yard prior to entering the treehouse building.
- A limited number of adults will be permitted in the hall at one time, if you have to wait to enter please continue to social distance.
- Proceed down the steps into the school hall. A staff member will be on hand to guide you.
- Follow the one way system in place to access your child’s resources.
- Each pupil’s materials will be clearly labelled in their class groupings.
- Upon collection, please sanitise your hands before exiting the hall onto Grattan Crescent.
