In Junior Infants this month we were learning about the emergency services and had the fire station as our role play area for the month. We also had five new visitors to our class, caterpillars. We are watching them grow and measuring them and recording our observations. We have been learning about the life cycle of a butterfly and our caterpillars are now in a chrysalis. We were also looking at the story ‘Handa’s Surprise’ and tried lots of new fruits and we learned about healthy food and drinks.
